Incurring fee in the amount of 20 \u20ac<\/span><\/h4>\n

You have returned your bike improperly outside of an official station or the Flexzone within the KVV area. For this, a service fee of \u20ac20 per rental normally applies. However, for your first improper return outside of a station, we will waive this fee. In the event of a repeat occurrence, the fee will be charged automatically. You can view any incurred fees in the rental history of your app or by logging into your customer account on our website.<\/p>\n

You can still avoid the fee:<\/span> <\/strong> Go back to the bike and rent it again. The new rental will merge with the old one and the improper return fee will be cleared if you return the bike properly this time.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

Due to slight GPS deviations, you may be charged a fee for inproper return even though you returned your bike at a station. No problem.
