RENT A BIKE
Rent a bike via app: simply scan the QR-code or enter the bike number. The frame lock above the rear wheel will open automatically. Therefore never rent a bike from afar!
Alternatively you can rent a bike via hotline. +49 (0) 30 69205046.
PARK A BIKE
You can park your bike inbetween your journey without stopping the rental. Activate the park mode in your app and close the lock afterwards. In your app you can also stop it again once you want to continue your journey. The frame lock opens automatically. Therefore never stop the park mode from afar!
RETURN A BIKE
Return your bike to an official station or within the flex zone in Karlsruhe, Baden-Baden, Ettlingen, Rastatt or Rheinstetten and close the frame lock. Refresh your app to make sure the bike was returned successfully.
RENT A CARGOBIKE
Rent a cargobike via app at one of three stations in Ettlingen:
S-Bahnhof Ettlingen Stadt
S-Bahnhof Ettlingen Wasen
Hertz-/Rheinstraße Süd

The return will be confirmed by a beep sound.

REGISTRATION
The registration is free of charge. Before renting your first bike, we need to verify your payment method. You will be required to deposit a credit of 1 € which can be used in all fare types. You can change your preferred payment method at any time.

1 ACCOUNT = 4 BIKES
You can rent up to four bikes at the same time using one account. Booked rates, special rates and offers only apply to the first bike, additional bikes are charged at the standard rate. Find Information about special conditions and cooperations under partners.
SERVICE FEES
Returning bikes contrary to the requirements of the specific bike type is not allowed. A service fee of min. 20€ will apply.
